Crazy Britain 5 -Yob Behaviour Can Be Controlled


Elspeth Howe, photo attached to this blog, wife of tory ex-chancellor Geoffrey Howe, was full of practical ideas in a Lords debate on teenage tearaways.

Elspeth Howe, widely believed to be behind Geoffrey Howe's resignation speech, start of the Thatcher Governments downfall, has suggested practical solutions to controlling Yobbish behaviour.

"They should be encouraged to take up bridge, gardening and Egyptology" suggested the Baroness.
