A man whose wheelie bin was stolen has been offered counselling to help him cope with his loss
Karim Allison, Ormesby, Manchester, got the letter from Victim Support offering him “emotional support and practical help” after his dustbin disappeared. As Karim himself said,” Who would need Victim support over a wheelie bin?”.
